About African and African American Studies Courses

There are many college courses scheduled offered each semester that are relevant to African and African American studies. Information about the upcoming semester is subject to change and is not meant to replace the Schedule of Classes on the website of the Office of the Registrar, which is the official and most up-to-date source for the schedule.

Regular Course Offerings

The college regularly offers many courses for students interested in African and African American studies. These courses can be used as requirements or electives in the minor. This wide range of coursework from many different departments provides students with a rich, mutidisciplinary perspective on issues involving the societies, cultures, history, and politics of the African and African American world.
