The Dennis-Weathers Award recognizes a student who has demonstrated a commitment to increasing awareness of intercultural/cross-cultural understanding at Mason, and in the broader community. This university-wide award will be presented at the 2010 Black Graduate Recognition Event on May 6th, sponsored by the African and African American Studies program, the Office of Diversity Programs and Services, and the Black Alumni Chapter. The time of the event is 6PM, and the location of the event is George's Restaurant on the third floor of the Johnson Center.
